Terms of Purchase

Here you’ll find all the key info about ordering, payments, delivery, warranties, and returns. These terms help make shopping with us simple, safe and fair for everyone. By placing an order, you agree to these guidelines, which explain the responsibilities of both you and us.

General

At TruckStyle Sweden, we want you to feel confident and secure when making a purchase.
These general terms and conditions apply to the sale of truck accessories from TruckStyle Sweden to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these terms.

Parties

The seller is TruckStyle Sweden AB, company registration number 556766-9469, Företagsvägen 15, 611 45 Nyköping, Sweden. The customer is the natural or legal person who places the order.

Products and Information

The seller strives to ensure that all product information is accurate but reserves the right to printing errors, price changes, and technical modifications. Images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

Ordering

You can order our products by phone or email. Upon receiving your order, we will always send a confirmation by email. Orders become binding upon our written confirmation.The seller reserves the right to refuse orders, for example, due to incorrect contact details or insufficient creditworthiness.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK), and EURO, excluding MOMS / VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping, packaging, and any additional fees may apply unless otherwise agreed. Additional fees may include customs duties. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to accept the corrected price or cancel your order.

Payment terms

Payment shall be made according to the terms specified on the invoice and order. In case of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged in accordance with applicable law, as well as any reminder fees. Payment terms are 30 days. In some cases, we perform a credit check for security reasons. An 8% interest on arrears applies to late payments.

Delivery

Delivery is made according to agreement. Normally, we ship the same day or the following day. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control (force majeure).

Shipping and risk transfer

Risk of the goods passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt.

Complaints

If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it. Any complaints must be submitted in writing to our email, order@truckstylesweden.com, including a description and photos of the damage. This must be done within a reasonable time of discovering, or when the defect should reasonably have been discovered. (two months) Upon approved complaint, the seller undertakes to repair, replace, or credit the product.

Warranty

Warranty periods are two years for plastic products and three years for fiberglass products, as specified on each product page.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by: improper installation or handling, use for unintended purposes, modification or alteration, traffic accidents or external impacts, or neglect. Normal wear and tear such as scratches are not considered defects. Note that our products should be painted; minor cosmetic defects are not subject to complaints.
Costs for packaging, any troubleshooting, and installation are paid by the buyer.

The warranty follows the buyer and applies from the original invoice date. Replacement products during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty duration. Discontinued products or products purchased from our outlet are not covered by warranty, only by the right to complain.

For lighting products sourced from suppliers, warranty is according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior approval from the seller. Custom-made or installed products are normally not accepted for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of liability

The seller’s liability is limited to direct damage. The seller is not liable for indirect damages such as operational stoppages, loss of profit, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

The seller is exempt from liability for events beyond their control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, or supplier failures.

Applicable Law and Disputes

The agreement shall be interpreted according to Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by Swedish courts with the district court as the first instance.
